'Empire' actor Smollett in Chicago court charged with lying about attack

"Empire" actor Jussie Smollett arrived in a Chicago court on Thursday where he will face charges in a 16-count indictment accusing him of falsely reporting to police that he was the victim of a racist and homophobic assault on a city street.
